The hotel is excellently located right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was polite and friendly, contributing to a pleasant stay. WiFi was reliable, and I appreciated the quick laundry service from the staff.
The breakfast options were not as good as I had hoped, lacking variety and quality.

Everything was great during 4 days, loved its marvellous location right by the old town of Hanoi, Ninh Binh and centre of Old Quarter. The breakfast was tasty and particularly good with hot prepared foods and mini baguettes, for example, and the staff was willing to help.

Hotel staff, especially Ms. Mai and Lee, provided wonderful personal service, from timely communication about my late arrival to helping manage my tours and exchange money. The location made it easy to explore Hanoi's nightlife.

Very new clean Hotel with good kind stuff. Location is great! at the midle of very active life in the old city area. It is very good for sightseeing the city. I want to stay again here, this is very confortable hotel.
It is better to check out or pay bill with plenty time before the departure. Maybe at the night before departuring the hotel.

I almost thought about leaving a good review until my room wasn't available upon arrival, how lovely! Then, being awoken by a drilling at 7:40 am? Divine! And not to mention, i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, nothing. Service was only okay, i guess. Avoiding this place is a clear choice.

Very accessible, nice bathroom and equipped with lift, unlike the other hotels in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
The bed was too hard.

The location is fantastic! Nestled in the heart of the Old Quarter, it's easy to explore all the local eateries, shops, and attractions. Plus, the staff, especially Lee and Mai, go above and beyond! They helped book our tours and provided great directions. Clean rooms with comfy beds.
No restaurant.

Well maintained and hotel staff were helpful.
Over-promised and under-delivered. There isn't much difference between the luxury and standard room, therefore not worth the money spent on a luxury room.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was hearty and tasty. I enjoyed fried eggs with fresh crusty bread each morning. Rooms were well equipped and the decor was modern and pleasing to the eye. Shower was nice and hot. They really thought of everything. They organized our tours of Sapa and Halong Bay, both were good overall.
Sapa accommodation was very cold. Heating was not adequate in rooms and general lounge- dining area. It was Royal Views Hotel. I would ask for a different hotel if traveling in cold weather. Rooms were lovely and spacious otherwise. Staff were friendly and food was great. If booking a tour to Ha long Bay do not use calypso cruises. Accommodation was beautiful and well equipped but they did not provide tea or coffee readily or water. All drinks had to be paid for as extras. Staff were not very friendly. Very clinical/mechanical. Tour guide not very good. Did not interact with us on the boat.
